Acceptance, eligibility, and research qualification

Prime Fit Lab may request additional information, restrict access, or decline an order when qualification, safety, fraud, or compliance concerns arise.

Research-use restrictions and purchaser responsibility

Products are offered exclusively for controlled laboratory research. They are not medicines, drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or diagnostic products and have not been approved for human or veterinary use.

The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of each product for the intended lawful research protocol and for maintaining appropriate facilities, training, supervision, documentation, safety controls, storage, handling, and disposal procedures.

Accounts, security, and communications

Orders, pricing, payment, and cancellation

Prices, promotions, product listings, and availability may change without notice. Payment must be successfully completed using a method offered at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel, limit, or refuse an order before shipment; when appropriate, amounts collected for a cancelled order will be returned through the original payment method.

Shipping, delivery, returns, and risk of loss

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, customs review, and other events may affect delivery. International purchasers are responsible for destination-country requirements, duties, taxes, and import restrictions.

Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged shipments, and missing-item claims are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy. Customers should inspect shipments promptly and contact support within the review period stated in that policy.

Product handling, storage, and compliance

The purchaser assumes responsibility for lawful receipt, inspection, storage, handling, use, documentation, security, and disposal of products. Product-specific documentation and applicable safety practices should be reviewed before handling.

Prime Fit Lab may refuse service, restrict sales, cancel transactions, or suspend access when misuse, unauthorized use, diversion, fraud, unsafe conduct, or a policy violation is suspected.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, services, information, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Prime Fit Lab disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and suitability for any use outside lawful laboratory research.

Testing or documentation associated with a product applies only as stated in the applicable report and does not constitute a warranty of safety or fitness for human, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, or other unauthorized use.

Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Fit Lab and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, or profits; or damages resulting from unauthorized handling, use, storage, transfer, or reliance on site information.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, aggregate direct liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount actually paid for that product or order. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Prime Fit Lab harmless from claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or unauthorized handling, use, transfer, or resale of products.

Suspension and termination

Events beyond reasonable control

Prime Fit Lab is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier interruption, severe weather, natural disaster, labor disruption, utility or internet failure, public-health emergency, supply interruption, government action, customs delay, war, terrorism, or civil disturbance.

Governing law and enforceability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Changes and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued site use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
